Standard Stress Relieving Furnace

Our Standard Stress Relieving Furnace is the most commonly used oven. The furnace is 22′ x 22′ x 100′ long on rails and moves over the vessel situated on a hearth.

Large Stress Relieving Furnace

Due to industry demands for larger diameter vessels & towers, Dacro has met the challenge by constructing a large stress relieving furnace. This is the largest stress relieving furnace in North America, measuring 36′ x 36′ x 156′, with same unique features as the standard furnace.

Induction Heating System

Induction heating can provide necessary heat treatments in a very efficient, accurate, reliable, repeatable and safe manner. This unit gives tight control of the heating pattern including the heat affected zone and the ramp up and cool down stages. It is also extremely portable and can be easily transported to any location to assist in completion of closing seams and many other heat treatment applications. The Induction Heating System provides several advantages over conventional methods.
